Of course you can pay for your sponsorship via a check sent by US mail, but you can also pay on-line using this page.

When you have added the sponsorship level to your cart, select "View Cart", and you will be taken to a PayPal secure payment page where you can confirm your payment or return to this page to make changes. Credit, Debit and PayPal accounts are accepted. PayPal will transfer your payment to the account of Hearing Loss Association of North Carolina.

Note that if you want to contribute an amount different from these selections, you can put multiple versions of any of these into your "shopping cart" until you've reached the amount you want to contribute.
