Whether or not you are registerting, you can use the second table on this form to make a donation to HLA-NC (of course, that's optional). Just choose the things you wish to pay for by "adding them to your shopping cart". Do be sure to separately submit a registration form by US mail, Fax or email.

Make an Additional Donation to HLA-NC: This is an easy way you can contribute to Hearing Loss Association of North Carolina. We are a 501-c.3. non-profit corporation so your donation is tax deductible. Just choose the level of donation you'd like to make and it will be added to your shopping cart. Don't see the amount you would like to donate? No problem, you'll be given a chance for each donation amount selected to multiply that by any integer you'd like.
